after all >> only they can CONtroll the outcome *there*
it's how they can trot out that 99% stat by rote

gotta love those matched sets and the ability to call in advance
what will come to pass ..
kudos to any who got their bids filled via the short/reset today
can you imagine *retail* and legit OTC mgmt teams having this ability
in RT?
