BBRD Stock Alert 08/21/2014 12:25:26 $BBRD
Yes, another long weekend and it is getting old. I do understand that this is a timely process and we want everything completed properly, yet, I also do get how a lot of people are getting upset at this point. The company(s) have been dragging this out for some time now. The deal was supposed to have been DONE by, as the company stated "no later than the end of June" in the PR released on 06/07/14.
Believe me, I am a strong believer in patience pays off as I have a particular OTC stock that I have been holding for years as the company is developing. This situation with BBRD itself is getting frustrating and when the company(s)continue to blow through deadlines time and time again I think to myself how much more patience can one handle?
I strongly feel the reward possibility is huge here but why on earth has a company that seemed like they had their shit together is now fumbling through this process at a fraction of the speed that they initially claimed? This is a very poor example of execution and clearly shows their lack of knowledge in this avenue.
For a deal of this proportion, why wouldn't the company have hired some professional assistance who would be able to look at the whole picture and say for example, "2 months time frame, bare minimum". Every damn weekend that we go through for the past several weeks seems like it takes forever because we expect an exciting week ahead. Continuously these weeks keep passing and the carrot continues to keep getting dangled with new dates.
John Pedder, if you read these boards: You seem so concerned for the shareholders yet you are f'ing us all as well as BBRD's image by throwing out deadlines that you are not meeting. FYI, if better timing on the deadlines of current procedures means longer time frames, than just be up front about it, it is better in the long run.
I still am not selling any of my shares, as of now at least. I was very excited for this latest PR to be released, just to find out that yet another delay is in the pipeline. Please all, understand that I am not bashing the company or questioning the legitimacy of what is underway at all, just venting what I call "expected frustration" that should have gone away with a PR stating that the "deal is done".

Moon, there will be no name change. Since BBRD is the one buying the private company, we will most likely keep the same symbol (BBRD). As i have said in the past, the umbrella company is just being set up for tax purposes. It doesn't really matter what the name is. It is really a minor issue that was discovered during the latter stages of the merger.
The idea is the name change. After the merge theY can file for new name and new symbol. NO BIG ISSUE HERE.

SDE doesn't have a pr firm yet. I am sure it was done by OVADIA. English is very hard to learn jmho.
