I can't believe there is still the opportunity to get in at these prices. I wish my paycheck came in this week instead of next.
I know some people just see the delay but we are getting closer and closer to this being done. Loved how the PR reiterated that with the completion of the merger there would be additional updates.
Well, whatever you want to call it. The one stating the name change to WERPO. I'm a bit too busty to explain at the moment.

All makes sense, good analysis. I agree with you, SDE is not a brand in the slightest. Nothing lost by name change.
Good morning bro. I like the way they instructed the merge now way better than before. SDE have few issues in the past and now we are no longer have to deal with it. Its take a while for John to do the right thing for us and now all the dust are gone. This merge is clean like the hospital. LOL

SDE seems to have some very large contracts. BBRD goes from no revs to potentially some big revs with the merger, regardless of what they are called.

Both companies really want the merger to happen as is shown in the press releases.
Time will tell where we go from here.

There was NOTHING negative spoken of or mentioned in the PR released yesterday from BBRD. In fact, it is all the opposite IMO.

To be honest w/ you moon none of this makes sense. This is my first RM. However, based on my research I thought things would be a lot smoother than this. Although it's a multinational merger deal, I still think this is very sloppy. If there's another delay I'm out. I hate when people shift, change, and refrain from being concise. The pr basically states "yeah we had to delay this time because we needed to figure out a name and create an umbrella company,........let's name it something weird....oh I know WERPO!!!! Give me a f****ing break. Smh. No one will ever call me impatient again. I've been very patient with these guys. NO MORE DELAYS!!!!!
