Think about, hardly to imagine: their predicted buy-back-program was to buy shares for $3M from July to December ... so actually they in July/August should have been buying ca. 16M shares ($500K/month at $0.06) ... instead of that they obviously bought 0 shares but announced to issue more shares ... if that´s not shitty what then? Last year they bought much more back then they had announced before ....
