I do think all will be quiet until a license is in hand, because if it were in play now, I could see HC taking the inspection form, throwing it out, needing a new one under the new company name and it goes to the bottom of the pile to wait in line again. No way does that be allowed. We get license first, THEN a licensed FITX gets absorbed into RXNB, a month later, RXNB becomes a licensed publicaly traded company with about 1/1000th less shares of FITX.
This is all probably why they wanted audits to occur, prep everything for it.
Again people this is all speculative, and originated on the forums, not anywhere else. Just trying to anticipate moves now. If you are not familiar with reverse merger, google it and see if it sounds like FITX and RXNBs relationship, it is a carbon copy.
I think we all know how badly the BOD wants off the Pinks.
