You are correct, a US-listed mining company would be in trouble if they claim to have a 43-101.
But it sure would be nice if Fred would release the one report done for them (Bond's drill summary report). Perhaps he'd rather keep cherry picking out-of-context sentences from the report, instead of releasing the entire thing? Perhaps the drill assays were miserable, which is why the report has not been released? If the results were good, that report would be proudly posted on their website, don't you think?

Total conjecture! FACT: CJTF claims are adjacent to Barrick Gold Corp, and Kinross Gold Corp claims--two of the world's largest gold mining companies. They target LARGE HIGH YIELD claims. We all know that!!! CJFT claims are adjacent, and verifiable through the Bureau of Land Management.
