Next-What I expect from MYEC
Here is what we know about MYEC-Right Now:
* In July 2014 MYEC leased offices.
* In July 2014 MYEC started to hire employees.
* In July/August of 2014 MYEC started to hire a national sales force.
* MYEY's IR person (Bill) is very responsive to e-mails, or questions. How many other Pinks Have this feature?
* MYEC is now sending out frequent PR's about new clients.
* There is a scheduled shareholders meeting in October.
Here is what I think will happen in the next few weeks:
* More announcements about new clients-IMHO
Why am I so optimistic about MYEC?
* On August 8th 2015 MYEC's IR guy (Bill) sent me this:

Unfortunately the company had to issue several million shares to clean up our balance sheet, which by the way is very strong and debt free. It is impossible to track any shares once they are issued. It is the responsibility of the shareholder recipient to follow the SEC 144 rules. Ed is not selling at these prices. The management team feels that we are at less than 10% of our real value. After the filing of the Form 10 with the audits it will provide a very good insight into the company's history and future. The AMG meeting is going to very exciting.

First, the Tangiers judgment was taken care of and disclosed in previous financials. To say otherwise is incorrect, and based on your level of research capabilities I have a suspicion you know your posts regarding the 2011 judgment are misleading.
Second, given your ability to post screen shots, I'm sure you would have no difficulty posting a screen shot of your current MYEC holding, or lack thereof. I'm sure many here would like to see such an image if it exists.

The latest judgement was in Nov 2013, how is that more than 12 months old? Why was it not disclosed on the 2013 annuals?
To your first point, I posted screen caps from both the El Dorado Superior Court website and the El dorado county recorder website, so it is indeed real. Next?
To your second point, I posted a pic o the 2011 annuals that show no issue of stock to settle a judgment. Next?
Here is a New Concept for this forum when it comes to MYEC rumors
Please e-mail Bill at IR, and just ask him the question. Trust me he always gets back to me, and I'm sure he will get back to you too--with a e-mail.
That way the real MYEC longs, or serious investors do not have to endure conspiracy's, or other nonsense.
This is really simple. This way the real DD experts have an e-mail from someone who actually knows what they are talking about.
