This Story is more ridiculous with every delay.

That was also the issues we debated it here as well. They have international patents and they had renew patents right before it expire. It will take me a lot of times to go back and digger out that info, but that issue was my #1 concerns before I roll heavy bet into this play.
The way they issue news today is virtually insulting investors intelligent. I don't buy the last min story Name Change.
They have been hidden the fact that this is their main issues. This is the issue that they has been trying to resolve for a while but it seem like more complication occurs to have it done on time.
Now they finally step up and tell us cause they have no other execute. Few announcement before was delays, also selecting directors, all that basically the excused for them to buying more time for resolve battle complication name change.
The question is why they hidden the truth?
The bottom line is... JOHN did the right thing. This is what I have been suggesting them to do MERGE WITH THE NEW NAME IS the best solutions for long term shareholders. JMHO.

I think"the company" should put the Reverse Merger Issue to bed as part of their next PR. And sooner the better.
Otherwise, speculation will intensify around this new Umbrella Company and their capital raise requirements.

what is your opinion on whether a RS will happen. From what Ive seen, its not gonna happen. In addition to the quote below. Just wanted your opinion.

Your facts are all jumbled up. Before you accuse people of agendas you should get your facts straight. The 24-48 hours claim was from a phone call and he didnt state anything about completed merger, just an update. And the emails, including the one I received didn't tell anyhing new, just that they would finish the merger as soon as possible.
First of all, it was not an email, it was a telephone call wherein a guy named Lee said that there will be a PR on the merger within 48 hours which we got and which doesn't necessarily mean that the PR would state that the merger has been completed. We have to be careful with the wordings.
So in other words, we are the plaintiffs in this case, right pb?
Based on my experience, they are setting up an "umbrella company" simply for tax purposes.
Just think about this.....If You were given 400K shares+ in exchange for your Company, and then those shares get R/S and then Diluted upon... I'd think Ya be One Huge Ticked Off individual!!

Wave Electricity Renewable Power Ocean and anticipate additional announcements following the closing next week.
I'm curious about the necessity to bring WERPO into this but I am very excited about the news. I know there are those who will say another delay blah blah blah but I think we are golden. There is no dilution. There is a lot going on with this merger. I appreciate that that takes time. Its unfortunate that they keep imposing their own deadlines and missing them but they seem to be getting better at updating share holders. They didn't hang us out to dry for several weeks this time. It also sounds like the only reason news didn't come sooner is because they were expecting things to be finalized any minute.
This may jump or dip depending on how people take the news. To me its further confirmation that this is getting done very soon. IMO if it does dip its not a big deal. The impatient traders selling on the delay would be the very same ones flipping on news.
I believe we are in store for some great days here very soon.
I thought the patents expired. I remember when this s%#t flared up a month ago, the patent numbers for SDE's tech were posted, and when people dug further they noticed that the patents were expired. Those were all US patents. I don't know if SDE has other patents internationally.
Clearly fake emails from shareholders trying to sustain pps until a pr. Motives were clear
Let's not mention several shareholders have received "emails" regarding press releases on the completed merger within 24-48 hours. How fake were these? Clearly a CEO will not tell a shareholder merger is completed then issue ANOTHER PR to delay everything. Sounds like scam to me
