For sure EWP isn't Netfix. The founder and CEO EWP was working for SDE and she stole SDE technology which are now on going battle lawsuit. Clearly SDE will win the case simply they hold the patents. JMHO.

Well said and the PR today definitely eased my concerns. Dilution is nonexistent and what benefits the CEOs will benefit us in a big way as well. The swings here lately have been wild! Great chances to flip and add more but at a big risk with news so close. Gearing up for huge week ahead.
The PR today was very positive.It had statements from both CEOs which says they are both on the same page.Neither of these guys benefits in any way until this deal is done.Like I have posted many times before this is an international company merging in the US stock exchange and there will be lots of obstacles so just hang tight its gonna take some time.Now it looks like they had to work out some type of umbrella company that will encompass everything that has to do with SDE,I am not sure why but it is what it is and there must be a good reason for it but IMHO all is good and next week maybe just maybe this will be over and we can all quit speculating and jumping to quick conclusions that have no basis or fact behind them.There has never been any signs of a scam here as some would like everyone to think but it has made for tremendous buying opportunities for those that came late to the party but now I think its gonna start moving where it should have long time ago.GLTA!!!

The fact that they're updating us is a great thing. Next week should bring some enormous volume and big MMs (GUGS) are going to come into play soon. Great post!

Looks like I have a lot of homework to do to gain a better understanding of certain terms.
I think this will definitely benefit us shareholders. Overall I see the developments today as pretty positive and more room to build momentum before final confirmation. Wonder where PPS will be a week from now. Month from now with PRs announcing contracts?

while it is slightly concerning that the post from EcoWave came out today, I see the exact same bashing group always taking advantage of any sort of news they can spin as negative.
just a ploy for cheap shares IMO.
You have it backwards,companies dilute then do a R/S.The reason being they dilute all the A/S and when they have no shares left to dilute because they have used up all the A/S then they do a R/S on the O/S and the A/S stays the same so they suddenly have a bunch of A/S that they can use for dilution again.Not happening here and if it does it is very obvious to anyone who understands level II.People need to get over the R/S thing it is not an issue right now.
Lol@ the same 4 bashers working overtime... Lost cause dudes, next week this will be .03-.05. Updates after completed merger are what will get this ball really Rollin. Jmo
