Let's set some facts straight here. OTC, you are , as usual , dead on with what you said concerning the RXMB / merger / license. That is exactly what I got from IR. My post on that conversation is still alive and well. The duties of our auditor we hired is Only for the merger and look into the up list details. They 'MAY', do our audited financials , but, only after the details of the above take place.

The company wants the License, as do all of us. We had no reason, nor did Bill, to know what H /C , was going to do about the delays. So, how can folks put that on him. When he made his forecast for the license, he did so in good faith.....shit happens.

Trying to insult each other is not going to solve anything here. If you come to a point in which you can't tolerate someone simply put them on iggie, and let it go. Many , many, people read this and I think what happened is not supportive of a board someone new would want to participate on.
I can say this because I was guilty of the same thing, and after thinking about it, I was and still am embarrassed by my actions and lack of control. I will never do that again.

Constant crying about things that are out of your control is of absolutely no benefit , especially in a public forum. This needs to stop. I welcome any questions or concerns that make sense, and I will probably tell you when they don't, or, try to get to the real question. So will OTC, and many others.

Point is that we are not here to listen to any person just cry , and rave like a lunatic, because you are not having your way today. Please grow up, ask the good questions and search for real answers.
