I think this will definitely benefit us shareholders. Overall I see the developments today as pretty positive and more room to build momentum before final confirmation. Wonder where PPS will be a week from now. Month from now with PRs announcing contracts?

while it is slightly concerning that the post from EcoWave came out today, I see the exact same bashing group always taking advantage of any sort of news they can spin as negative.
just a ploy for cheap shares IMO.
You have it backwards,companies dilute then do a R/S.The reason being they dilute all the A/S and when they have no shares left to dilute because they have used up all the A/S then they do a R/S on the O/S and the A/S stays the same so they suddenly have a bunch of A/S that they can use for dilution again.Not happening here and if it does it is very obvious to anyone who understands level II.People need to get over the R/S thing it is not an issue right now.

I do not think it is in the cards, personally. They have vowed not to do so and there are other means of raising money other than fucking investors LOL. The SS was planned to achieve this without damaging shareholders. We're still good, bud. Just depends if you have the guts for some litigation for old assets. New production/contracts going forward should not be affected. Hopefully we get a decent response from Ovadia and/or a PR.

They look too much like SDE's devices, just a little smaller. I just want to see the 8k and financials at this point. That'll give me enough info, and I'll go from there. But, I don't like this. IMHO
