For those in MYEC that are concerned with these judgements against MYEC from 12+ months ago need to remember that the wheels of justice turn very slow and may be concerning issues that happened a year prior. I operate a 24M per year business and have 2 lawsuits pending right now that occurred in 2010 and 2011. Cannot remember the last time I didn't have a pending lawsuit. Just people want you hard earned money. Most lawsuits are the result of some litigious attorney that wants the majority of a settlement. I have also cancelled contracts for the other party not making good on their commitments. Remember the only thing you are seeing by these posts is that there is a judgement. No facts involved. Sometimes it is easier to just settle than pay the legal fees. Some people need to get out of their office and live in the real world, operate a business and not just sit and do taxes for people.
Ed deserves to play games. Looking forward to the annual meeting with golf, gondola rides, ziplines, happy hour, awesome meeting with news we're going to love!
I did find your post with a pasted clip of something that looks like it may be case related, searched on the case in El Dorado County Court and found zippo.
Regarding stock issuance for a judgement in 2011. The consensus is that the old debt went through last week, that it was noted on a previous financial statement.

Gains held today. If we were going down it would've been Atleast -20% today. Solid bounce with support we are moving up to .025.

"Very old" is not equal to 2013.
I hope you advance your issues/concerns to the company and report your findings back to the board.
The audit may contain anything you think is missing. Looking forward to seeing it.

$MYEC update We have the CODES for making reservations at either Harrah's or Havey's Hotels at Lake Tahoe for AGM 2014. Reservation Links have been updated on the website as well. Code is S10AGM4 for both Locations. ?#?MYECAGM2014

What is the concern? That a company broke a lease or a contract a few years back?
I bought into MYEC for its 2014 value (patent), business model, client potential, disruptive technology.
I don't care about the very old business and related issues. I have been reading these postings since May. There is no DD uncovered that bothers me.

Also, the judgement entered less than a year ago and never reflected on financials is against Starrs AND MYEC.
