If this was on NASDAQ at say $20 and the past year chart looked similar you'd probably be selling for a loss and never get it back. This however is a start up and huge ups/downs will happen, its price is so low that anyone with some cash, time, and knowledge can manipulate it to a much larger degree.
There are many stocks even on the big boards that trade with negative EPS. That is something some people forget and get worried. If MRIB continues to operate long enough I don't see any reason they can't make profit and begin to take market share.
