So when people lie about Executives and the Companies, there is recourse in The Courts? That is really nice to know.
I have heard of a company suing people that post on the internet that damage the company and winning. It is nice to know it can work both for the company and the shareholder.\
I bet the company would help shareholders prove a class action.
