Intuit already has its own Intuit Payment Network that takes electronic checks...
This is all I know...
The mobile payment systems will consist of themed downloadable User apps with unique enhanced security features.
They will also possess downloadable Merchant Point of Sale applications that install and run on Intuit Quickbooks.

FYI, it's El Dorado County Superior Court.
Pretty bold to claim a major player like Intuit as a "Partner" when there is nothing to back it up IMO. If I knew Intuit was on board, I would invest another $100K ASAP.
Weird, here is some info on it. Would be nice to see what it was and what the judgement amount was since they have failed to disclose it on financials.
not sure, that's why I said "not clear". somehow MYEC integrates into Intuit, not clear on how that works.
I looked for that one and it said no documents found.
That is not the one where a judgement was recorded in 2013.
Look for RIBIERO CALIFORNIA II, LLC VS MYCHECK, INC
Please don't confuse people by mixing two separate cases together.
Pacer is a must trading pinkies!
Intuit is a partner?
This is from pacer of which I have an account, so some where your info has the wrong date this was settled in 2011. The rest does not have to do with MYEC so I don't care.

It matters because this lawsuit and judgement was not disclosed on the 2013 financials, that's why.
I limiting this concern to evictions from listed MYEC addresses. I don't care about his divorce one bit.
Why does this matter at all to the current operations and business matters of myec? No one needs to go to a court house to get proof...come on this is getting out of hand. Let's look at what has happened since the restart of the business last fall, and what is coming, that is all that really matters.
Myec
OMG. THE MAN WENT THRU A DIVORCE.... WHAT IS THE ISSUE. NOTHING TO DO WITH MYEC TODAY!!!
I have no problem with that, Since they were two different companies. If he did not charge a licensing fee, as a share holder of MYEC I would not be happy. MYEC owns the exclusive rights to the patent.

Weird, I don't see this stock issuance reflected on the financials.
