CFP,is at hand, IMO. Rauber will prove,his worth in the next Q. 3 Qs is plentymofmtime for him to put his mark on this company. I am short on patience and don't like a lot,of bullshit rhetoric. Just do what you say...make no excuses. He makes a ton of money. Maybe not what he used too, but he made the decision to come here. So tough shit if he "sacrificed". Get the job done.
