Anyone know what this judgement recorded against Ed and MYEC was for? 2013 financials do not mention any legal issues...

and you have not a modicum of evidence that myec hired anyone to promote them.
They don't hire SEEDY PROMO companies associated with SEC busted individuals or companies.

So what is the big deal about paid promo's ? Walmart does it every day , so does Toyota , just about everyone does. It's called a commercial . Good grief . I hub advertises as well , should we not support ihub because they send out ads for me to buy level 2?

I called the Delaware Sec State to try and see history of ownership. Unfortunately, DE does not require LLCs to name owners, officers or directors. Other states would, but apparently it has never qualified as a foreign LLC in any other state (seems to be a theme).

So you have access to their bank accounts and know the large AR they had in the first quarter were not collected and put into the bank?
Please explain the evidence you are referring to that makes you say this.
In fairness, the disclosure on the 2013 annual report states he was no longer an owner (if this is indeed referring to GreenPay).
And of course MJ-PAY was OWNED by Starrs when he announced the "acquisition" of his OWN company.

Curious as to why none of this was out in the open when the announced the licensee and the acquisition myself. Even the related party disclosure does not name the name. FYI, GreenPay LLC is a DE LLC and appears to be registered in no other states.

How do they get paid (money) but promoting MYEC, if MYEC is not involved?
This is purely out of memory, they were going to build the companies individually even though they had synergy. Then this spring they decided it was inefficient and merged them. What is the issue?
