Dips??? Six months of straight down is not a dip. Q. If Bill and Jeff are so brilliant and selling a combined 140 million shares this year, don't you want to be brilliant also and follow their lead? And NO he is not reinvesting, he doesn't need to, that's what the ''mysterious 20 million'' is for.
