I suggest calling the sec n fbi to verify. God knows how many times hogan taylor was called and it was considered as DD. Why stop at Hogan and not call sec n fbi if u have unanswered questions?
Two things... First... ACCORDING TO THE COMPANY... both the SEC and the FBI... HAS been looking into this... for some time... AND SO..PEOPLE UNDERSTAND.... Working with the company to see if people are illegally acting on trading or attacking the stock illegally..
So... Why nothing has been done.. IS MY QUESTION!!! Unless the people they suspect are SOMEHOW??? operating within the law!!
Stating you think the stock is not going up... or is going down... IS NOT ILLEGAL... Unless there are certain other facts ....
Anyway... not clear on your question... So maybe this helps... otherwise... maybe a conversation with the company would be of more value..

99 percent of pinks use the market to sell shares. HHSE has never tried to hide they are paying off debt with shares.. Its better than them lining their pockets and buying fancy cars

That's fantastic. Hopefully they will start with investigating whose behind this baloney Ahumne Bis Consultants EP keeps diluting shareholders with handing over all this stock.

HHSE Welcomes New Staffers to our Team!
Good morning HHSE Friends & Shareholders! Lots of exciting activities at Hannover House require an enhanced and specialized support staff and team. Accordingly, we are pleased to announce the following new Hannover House employees, all of whom will be working out of the company's principal headquarters offices in Arkansas:
REGINA HURST - Accounting Compliance Manager - Regina's accounting and bookkeeping background will help HHSE stay current on statements and audit-compliant reports
CAITLIN MCKENZIE - Sales & Marketing Administration - Caitlin has demonstrated a wide range of skills, from creative writing and direct communications to organizational and data management.
MITSI MCKEE - Webmaster - As the need for updates on the HHSE site grows, as well as need for an in-house coordinator for VODwiz technical activities, a skilled webmaster like Mitsi is welcomed.
KATHERINE MILLS - Production Manager - Katherine will coordinate production activities with directors, producers and outside entities that are providing the higher-profile titles to HHSE.
WE WELCOME THESE NEW TEAM MEMBERS, AND LOOK FORWARD TO EXCITING TIMES AS WE IMPLEMENT THE HHSE PLAN!

You can just contact the FBI agent ? I've done so ? And you would know they are watching
If the FBI makes any arrests, I suspect hhse can take civil actions against those people, could result in some $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$'s
He has been saying the FBI and every other agency is closely guarding and watching HHSE stock for years now. This gets put out in a blog or filing every 6 months or so but you already know this. Its about as truthful as saying your 1/3 done with a movie but you cant show anyone even a single little scene from it or disclose anyone who is involved with it.

No doubt...i wouldnt be surprised to see the people ep talks about in the blog to become future roommates.
"Back in late 2012, HHSE applied to the S.E.C. for a Edgar access. This initiated a lengthy series of calls and emails with various members of the S.E.C. office in Washington. Ultimately, and as previously blogged, the company was granted access to file periodic reports. However, our ability to file all formats of documents as a "full reporting status" company is limited until we file a Form 10 Registration Statement. We applied for an "exception" to the 2-years of audits rule, and ultimately lost that appeal because the company has been operating for 20-years.
Multiple attorneys have reviewed the company's corporate history and filings - and addressed ambiguities and inconsistencies in some of the older filings. All of them have given TDGI / HHSE a clean bill of health. One of the most thorough historic and forensic examinations was conducted by FINRA when the company filed for a name and ticker change. That case was closed. "
Now that the FBI is clearly on the case, will be interesting to see what happens with HHSE.
Why has there been many hours spent spreading negative points regarding hhse yet the sec was never contacted?
Don't know if that's true, nor does it matter. Maybe just trying to scare bashers. Expanding the business is what does matter(vodwiz esp)
They have been thru several of these kind of hires and they all leave HHSE shortly after. Every single one of these people have left HHSE. I think we all know why....at least smart people who have done proper DD on HHSE and are not stuck in the stock for years.
