Now that is correct! If Angel was a savior he would be paying Matt Dwyer what he owes before Matt FORCES RIGH INTO BANKRUPTCY.
Despite what Burn has heard from the con-man known as Angel, Angel has been less than his name suggests when being truthful about his debt and that even bankruptcy won't prevent Matt from collecting what is owed to him.
