i actually can confirm he's in talks with #Publix, i have good friend from grad school who is on Publix corp. legal team in FL.... he did confirm that they have been in talks and actually have an NDA in place for Press Release until PK has approved inventory levels ready, i believe they also recommended to add redundant bottlers and also Publix exec team suggested the change in shrink wrap for more eye catching...
on another note, i have ask them to use their powers to query the Publix database for the product, and it is not yet listed for ordering...

People invest some time in calls and request in Publix and maybe you will help in the process!
My Publix manager is some fat guy who is not people friendly. Rest of worker bees very friendly, but manager is a different story.

Finally! I have been notified that my order shipped! Can't wait to test this product out with my family!
I do too. Everyone in FL should go to the manager at Publix and tell them you want them to order a case or 2 of Pleasant Kids Hi Alkali water 24/8oz.
I did this a month ago and Publix called within 5 days telling me they do not carry it... yet. I am going to wait a week and do it again.

Per the company CEO. They have had direct communication with Publix. Their product is probably at this moment being reviewed by Publix. And what's not to like? Great healthier water for kids. Just a matter of time.
