The simplicity of the quarterly and annual disclosure are likely needed to be expanded upon to move forward. Just a hunch based on experience...
A 7-page, detail-less annual report will not cut it when stepping up to the big leagues.

To get to where we are going, we need an accounting firm to help us provide much-greater detail and to hold us accountable at a very high-level, like such:

And to anticipate the question, "Will the financials need a do-over?" The simple answer is likely, No. But the accounting firm will need to sort through details and be able to understand to clean the slate for the move forward. All of this based on MHO.
