(OTC Pink: AMFE) (PINKSHEETS) is pleased to announce that the company accountants and auditing team at MNP LLC. are now working on the audited financial statements for the most recent year ended June 30th 2014. The company expects to file audited financial statements within the next two to three weeks if progress continues as expected. The most economical approach for the company and its shareholders is to include the most recent 10k in the upcoming filings that will be submitted as having MNP complete an audit review on the three quarters following the June 30th 2013 10k and a standalone 2014 year end audit would be significantly more costly to the company than the approach we have decided to take.
