PTAH stated in the update last Friday quite clearly as to why the 10-Q will be late....
"...delaying its 2nd Quarter Reporting for approximately 10 business days as a result of very positive business events..."
The due date for the 10-Q was August 14th, so that's why the yield sign went up. It's really no big deal.
For anyone to say a suspension is coming is just proof they didn't do any DD.
