Nothing in your post is true. No dilution. No pumping of the stock. And you have yet to explain your 129,000 value when over last 6 months the company had revenue over 1.3 million.

Those are neat points but have nothing to do with the fact that the O/S has increased 1billion over the past year and the ticker was pumped to .08, is down 90%, and has no signs of recovery and was taken down to OTC pink. What's next? Grays.
WRONG!!! MYEC's history is well documented regarding their struggles back in 2009/2010 due to bank closures during the financial crisis. I care about where the company is now.
-Profitable
-Growing (Both company size and revenue streams {see yesterday's PR}
-Fantastic Balance Sheet (zero toxic debt!)
-3 day shareholder event in Lake Tahoe

WRONG!!!. Under GAAP any sale of stock goes on the books into the Statement of Shareholder's equity as well as on the Balance Sheet. Better luck next time.
