WRONG!!!. Under GAAP any sale of stock goes on the books into the Statement of Shareholder's equity as well as on the Balance Sheet. Better luck next time.

One can look at any dilutive pink pig and see that is true.

I assumed you meant dilution as in the company sold those shares as a method of funding their operation. That obviously didn't happen. Like you said, that would have brought in $50 million.

ALERT!! MYEC=DILUTION FREE!. Financials show no shares have been issued since February (outside of the 500k issued for website development). Any reference to 1B shares sold into the market at 5 cents has no evidentiary support and is therefore without merit.

I HATE MYEC because they have such an awesome CEO!!!! I HATE MYEC because they are enacting a fantastic business plan. I HATE MYEC because they have over 1 million dollars CASH in the bank. There are many other reasons why I HATE MYEC but will not list all of them!!!!
