Good to see you survived a very challenging day. I received an email from BBRD this afternoon, in response to enquiries I made earlier. I will release the gist of the email on Wednesday. For now, rest assure that the merger is on track and nothing has changed. News may be out in a day or two, I believe. Did not see a lot of PB today on the board. I hope all is well. I believe an 8k has to be filed within four business days after a merger is completed..that puts us at Thursday if they closed Friday..it's a $5,000 and up fine for the company if the 8k isn't filed in the required timeframe.

As far as the reverse split....the same person who have me the number of a fake lawyer is the one who is also saying "reverse split". He/She also told me a few other things that causes me to think HE knows inside crap. He said that the merger would be announced and then an announcement would soon follow abut a reverse split. However, Steven52 said he received an email stating that the rumours of a reverse split were NOT true and another trader called Nevada and they confirmed that the reverse split form was an error.
Really dont think this is going to happen but the only thing I'm concerened about is a reverse split in thte pr. Hopefully someone did some DD and found this not to be the case

I trust him. He's stayed consistent since the last time it went from .017 back to .003. And was still here as it went up and back down again.

Nah, I don't see much coming here maybe a pop back to .018 on PR, but not worth the effort for me

Yea but you see just the fact Mr Ovadia even knows about the merger is a big thing....I've been in some scams where the bigger company didn't even know they were In it lol
Been here since .0022 and buying more on the dips. Riding some free shares also don't hurt so bad when she drops. GLTA $$BBRD

Great work, mate. Doing your own DD pays off, doesn't it?? If not anything else, at the very least your peace of mind.
And doing your own DD does not mean you do not believe or trust anothers work or DD. It simply means that you are a responsible and diligent trader/investor. Get a group of those on the same message board, trading the very same stock, and you have one heck of a core group of traders and/or investors.
Personally, I am happy and honoured to be a part of such a group here with BBRD at IHub.
Spoke with Lee from BBRD and can triple confirm what Dank and Vulcan said regarding PR coming. Call was brief however since he was careful not to provide anything that could be classified as insider trading. Puts me at ease though knowing that in fact this merger is real confirmed by both sides now.
An effective date or as of date is the date upon which something is considered to take effect.
This may be different from the date upon which the event actually occurs or is recorded
