Thanks for the clarification on the RM share exchanges.
As for Naumu, I was not impressed with his aloof reaction to the information he was given. It was either a lousy acting job or he has been totally asleep at the wheel.
Given his long term friendship with Rick Wilson I'm having a hard time buying the "I had no idea" defense.
If Rick did in fact pull one over on him like he did everyone else then Naumu better have already had a good long talk with a securities lawyer.
