But companies cannot file on EDGAR without having a registration statement. Those EDGAR filings by HHSE are illegal.
The 10-Q is non-compliant and it is a joke. It doesn't even begin to comply with Regulation S-X. Compare it against a real 10-Q and see what is missing but is required to be there. See the problem?

And 10-Q only comes after the registration statement has been filed and goes effective. I thought everyone knew that too. Until I ran into HHSE.

This doesn't even make sense. All of the company's finances can be audited. 10k comes AFTER the audit. Everyone knows this.
