I am now convinced that the Promo/PR campaign will begin next week.. You can take that to the bank. As most of you know, I crunch numbers, and read reports and make phone calls for research like some read the bible. I saw a numbers change this morning, did a lot of investigating this morning I have done my homework.  So for all who are thinking about increasing there position, or for all who are thinking about investing in WRIT Do it  The PPS will not be this low much longer.  Now for the disclaimer. This is only my opinion, but a dam good one. Do your own DD. Do not rely on anyone else.
