You are not missing anything other than what we are all waiting on...an official PR announcement. This is where the delay is at, I think. Poor wording of a PR can get a company sued. A day or two on a PR release is not the end of the world. In fact, it could be a very wise thing

I thought it was to have the judge merely sign off on an agreement that both parties have already agreed to. This is already public knowledge. I'm definitely missing something here.
Put yourself in APT's position. Given a favorable decision by the presiding judge would you simply sit on it? Not sure what goes on behind the curtain (only Toto does) so educated guessing is called for. If I had a voice in this I would insist a PR be made public without delay. Before releasing a PR on financing my thinking is an attorney will need to be involved in the final draft. Lawyers have a schedule to keep, too.

Court was yesterday and being a mere formally I would think judge has signed off the agreement and no PR is going to be released but that's just me.

I will consider buying WHEN......
I have repeatedly stated I'd consider reinvesting once that long overdue, repeatedly delayed >>independent audit<< is published. No audit= no transparency.
I've also developed a conviction of "no confidence" in Troy Covey. For multiple reasons I feel he needs to >>GO<<. He has repeatedly proven utterly incompetent as a money manager. So I'm waiting for:
*Independent audit to be published
*Proof that ALL toxic financiers are gone
*A share structure that makes sense
*Proof that APT is actually a "going concern" as claimed
*Proof that Troy has no authority to strike deals, write checks or otherwise screw things up
