I concur with your statement. It is exactly as I was able to find out as well. Naumu was advised to contact an SEC attorney. He was also advised of the new shares added to the OS. He claimed he was not aware and added he received zero funds he was promised in exchange for his sweat equity in his deal with ORFG to acquire Nations O and G. That is a breach of contract and one that puts him in the hot seat as his name was used in multiple press releases. Simply put he was advised that his choices were to seek legal council and protect his contract AND his name OR be lumped in with the other criminals and take his chances with the SEC.
Questions:
1) shouldn't the new CEO be added to the Nevada SOS site?
2) Isn't there a timeframe within which is required?
3) Are we way past that time frame as of now?
New CEO announced but no update to the SOS?
Naumu needs to recognize that he will be lumped in with the rest in an SEC or Justice dept investigation, and he better do it quickly.
Anyone drop the dime to the SEC yet?
I'm sick of this shit. Naumu said he has known Rick Wilson for a very long time. In my mind his actions taken right now determine his role in this. If he fails to act, he is a criminal too.
