("ChinaCache" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: CCIH ), the leading total solutions provider of Internet content and application delivery services in China, today named Jing An as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), effective immediately. Ms. An joined ChinaCache as acting CFO and Vice President of Finance in March of 2013.

Before that Ms. An worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Beijing as an senior auditor. Ms. An holds a master of science degree in management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree in economics with a major in accounting from the Renmin University of China
