Yea but you see just the fact Mr Ovadia even knows about the merger is a big thing....I've been in some scams where the bigger company didn't even know they were In it lol

Great work, mate. Doing your own DD pays off, doesn't it?? If not anything else, at the very least your peace of mind.
And doing your own DD does not mean you do not believe or trust anothers work or DD. It simply means that you are a responsible and diligent trader/investor. Get a group of those on the same message board, trading the very same stock, and you have one heck of a core group of traders and/or investors.
Personally, I am happy and honoured to be a part of such a group here with BBRD at IHub.
Spoke with Lee from BBRD and can triple confirm what Dank and Vulcan said regarding PR coming. Call was brief however since he was careful not to provide anything that could be classified as insider trading. Puts me at ease though knowing that in fact this merger is real confirmed by both sides now.
An effective date or as of date is the date upon which something is considered to take effect.
This may be different from the date upon which the event actually occurs or is recorded

I doubt this board makes up the 10m flow.
And fear is always apparent in penny stocks.
Forgetting the board valuation and possibility for lies..we have great DD and PRS from the company in closing the deal. A clear trend of delay is also apparent. That is typical from every penny stock from experience. However the company wouldn't release news that can bite them after if they did not commit to them.
I have been holding since the great 0.003s realistically and safely my exit point will be 0.028 but would like to exit at 0.035
Keeping in mind that many traders also trade on graphs as well.

They can only send that email untill they are officially announced as merged and details are released so they don't get screwed with the sec.

You will be ok buying in tomorrow. News will be released during hours probably. Buy the huge sell off in the AM and wait with dry powder to buy on even more drops.
Well I sold mine after reading Ovadia's email and now I think I could be really sorry...If had heard about the phone call with Lee earlier I would have held on...
When I got his email and it said the same thing they've been saying for more than a month I figured that if and when the new came it might not be for days and that the price would crater and I would get back in...now I want to jump off a bridge...DAMN!

Glad I got my .0085s atleast. Was looking to add .0075s. If no news today then I will probably get those and lower tomorrow.
IMO, BBRD will close at or above .0125 this afternoon...
Tomorrow will see .015 and then .02 and then .03 and so on.....
short covering took place this afternoon. Possible news soon.
