If the Publix deal was completed it would be announced. People have been speculating their is a Publix deal in the works. There is a difference between a prospective deal and a completed deal.
Who ever said it was on the shelves now, thought they hadn't completed the negotiation...

Remember one poster who has a friend on the Publix Corp legal team said there was an NDA in place so the store manager wouldn't be given this information. IMO $PLKD

i actually can confirm he's in talks with #Publix, i have good friend from grad school who is on Publix corp. legal team in FL.... he did confirm that they have been in talks and actually have an NDA in place for Press Release until PK has approved inventory levels ready, i believe they also recommended to add redundant bottlers and also Publix exec team suggested the change in shrink wrap for more eye catching...
on another note, i have ask them to use their powers to query the Publix database for the product, and it is not yet listed for ordering...

Whatever. I think they can sell 10,000 cases a quarter 3000 a month 100 a day! Would be like 80,000 Revenue
Exactly. That's the point. It wouldn't be. There is no PLKD Publix deal so why do I keep seeing on here that there is.
