Frucked up had my post below removed today so I had his BS removed, but here's my post...............can anyone believe that was deleted cause it was "off-topic". Now ain't that a load of crap!!
HERE ARE THE FACTS PLAIN AND SIMPLE & IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER AT ALL WHAT SOME OF THE DETRACTORS SPEW:
1) TMMI would not have filed a lawsuit against these defendants unless they were very sure that they would prevail as they have in the past. They were willing to spend the money, time and effort to finally end the thievery and slander that has been going on for years involving their intellectual property.
2) The ringleaders have all been identified and named personally, and will face stiff penalties, and money judgements for their malicious actions over the years.
3) There will be no counterclaim filed, and anyone who is familiar with the NV Rules of Civil Procedure would know this as a fact (unlike Frucked).
4) The Plaintiffs have won their motion to Amend, and do NOT have to sue HP (again a made up story by someone with absolutely no credibility).
5) Raytheon's partnership with TMMI is huge for any company, especially a small one like TMMI with TRUDEF fractal software technology that will revolutionize the ISR sector.
6) Contracts will be signed, and the TMMI stock price will rise dramatically.
7) The Demented "company" will go out of business.
All the detractors will leave the TMMI board never to be heard from again, and become just a bad memory.
