i make a big pot in the morning..clean the bird cage..feed the animals..sit down for a 1/2 hr on the porch..drinking coffee with the birds..ten walk and the gym for about a hr.and a 1/2..and now..the rest of the pot..reheated in the microvave..or on the farm..it sits on the wood stove..all morning
