personally i think the *stock* is being prepped to be *run* by some *entity*
and it will be telling to see how *handled* by PTOI's *PRIMARY* >> MM
clearly i expect uplisting out of the OTC cesspool .. but there is a *process*
that has to show .. and part of that process pertains to BoD seated
