Not in Phase III yet, and not expected to be until the early part of September.
Ticket sales could begin when Baltia enters Phase III, but first the DOT has to be sent the request.
Igor assures me that all the paperwork necessary is already filled out - and the only blank spot on the forms is the date.
I know everyone thinks $.....and the most obvious and clear source of $ is ticket sales......but that $ won't be available to Baltia until they actually finalize and receive their certificate (the $ derived from "pre" ticket sales is held in escrow until that time).
As for myself..........I prefer to think of the freedom to advertise and to tell the (financial) world about BLTA that comes with ticket sales (no one can give you permission to sell tickets and then say that you can't advertise that you exist and that you have tickets available to sell.....can they?)
In other words.....as I nailed Igor down to at the last shareholder's meeting (to put it in an equation for our math wizards):
Ticket Sales = Advertising - (FAA Gag Order)
and
Advertising - (FAA Gag Order) = 10 x (BLTA)
