This is a fact because I was recently offered a portion of a settlement if they were successful. I have nothing that I could truthfully provide and that didn't seem to matter. They seem to be desperate and want to cause trouble in any way to force an insurance payout. They have nothing to lose and everything to gain if a settlement is extorted.
