MyEcheck Leases New Offices, Hires Employees, Engages Patent Litigators
FOLSOM, CA–(Marketwired – Jul 10, 2014) – MyEcheck, Inc. (OTC Pink: MYEC) (PINKSHEETS: MYEC), an electronic payment solutions provider and the leader in fully electronic check technology, reports today that they have occupied new corporate offices located in Folsom, CA. The Company has also added a number of full time employees and contractors to facilitate new product launches, and plans to pursue potential patent infringers for licensing revenue.
MyEcheck has entered into a 3 year lease agreement for approximately 3200 sq. ft. of class A office space located at 2600 East Bidwell St, suite 140 in Folsom, CA. The new space accommodates 12 to 16 of MyEcheck’s personnel, the company is also in the final stages of negotiating a lease for additional space in the same building, suite 190 to accommodate another 12 to 15 employees and contractors.
During the past 3 months, MyEcheck has added several new full time employees and several new independent contractors, primarily software developers that have built, and will support the company’s new mobile payment services. Ed Starrs, MyEcheck CEO, commented, “our new people are performing extremely well, we have had very ambitious development timelines, and we are now finalizing partner integrations that will enable launch of our new mobile payment services very soon.”
The Company also reports that it has selected a national law firm with a strong track record in major patent litigation cases to represent MyEcheck in defense of it’s intellectual property rights. The name of the law firm will be announced once the engagement agreement is finalized.
The audit of the Company’s financial history is proceeding on plan and should be complete before the second quarter reporting deadline of Aug. 15.

Mr. Delgado has seen internal projected revenues and has direct knowledge of future-looking events.
IME the hiring of employees, leasing office space and scheduling an AGM are all-tied to MYEC's confidence in projected revenues.
In that a number of entities have not opted to let MYEC PR their business agreements and intentions I believe Mr. Delgado's statement is highly significant.

$32,381X4 = $129,524/4,177,470,000 = .00003 book value.
I agree. Value at current revenues is more likely $3-4MM. Now divide that by OS.

Happens all the time. MYEC is real and the potential seems to be unlimited. Time will tell, but it's got my attention.
You need to explain your logic of a company having over $1.3MM in net income being worth $129,000.
If you don't believe in any ceo of these stocks, why are you here?
If your in it to make money what's the use being here trying to bash to drop a pps when you want it to go up, doesn't make sense. Furthermore your wasting time that could be used for something more productive.
RSI alone was telling us this was going to happen. Plus the company came huge the last few days.
