Security First International Holdings, Inc. Acquires Direct Response Mobile Marketing Assets From Smart Future Ventures Canada
Security First International Holdings, Inc. (SCFR): Following change of control, new management announced today that the company has acquired the direct response mobile marketing technology assets from Smart Future Ventures Canada, and that the company will know be known as “As Seen on Android.”
The acquisition assists the company with the execution of its strategic goal of providing shopping solutions to the Android market.
“The direct response mobile marketing platform will allow the company to pursue opportunities in the mobile shopping space,” said Brian Fowler, President.
“With the increased acceptance of mobile commerce, the company’s vision is to provide consumers and merchants a simplified shopping solution for the Android market,” said Teresa Ambroz, CEO.
In order to help maintain consistency and new business direction, management has decided to brand and operate under the name “As Seen on Android.”
