MrKeeton no bone to pick here are you sure an FAA inspector told you by October 1? I hope that was what you heard, as a 10 year vet of Baltia that is great news yet I find it hard to believe an official of the US government giving out specific information like that over the phone to a random caller!! I have no reason not to believe your recall of the events as you remember them. I hope your recollection is spot on and for now I will take it as gospel?!!
