to me everything is noise but i agree. when he annouced the AGM it told me to buy shares cause the SP will be way higher. no Chance he stands in front of shers with an Sp bellow .02 let alone .05 for that matter.
one stock im in had an AGM may 10th and ran from 7 to a high of .11 the 3 days prior
if the SP dont run then we waiting to march
The promise was cleverly written for the situation we have right now. It was worded in such a way that he could say well the SEC has them and when the SEC is finished then the public would see them. However, high integrity would be that all the I's and T's would have been handled internally with auditors and the company would file the 10K by the 15 Aug to Edgar for public consumption like any other reporting company. Instead the use of English nuance gave this dude an out and walla no audited books on the 15th...all the rest is noise...It's crafty to some shady to others...we may not see the audited books for an undetermined period of time cloaked under "they are being reviewed" cloud... It is cesspool market penny land way of doing things...Now that the sell-off has been absorbed, I would be surprised if we see the books this calendar year...

FYI i expected the sell off for the exact question i just posted people thought Q2 would be uncluding audits look what happens with the market kinda like Q 1 lol
He needs to bombard the stock with relevant news for several weeks in a row...Investor confidence must be earned back. This PR was a start but he still needs to deliver on two promises already on the table...

I went from 420k to 1.3m in the last 2 weeks looking for a bounce that I knew was imminent.

Should've averaged down. I tripled my position and got profit today. I'm still holding. Good things coming.

Could those figures be those individuals who previously shorted this stock, buying to cover today??? Would that show as short sales??? Im not exactly sure how that works so excuse me if my comment was ignorant lol....

If the downward pressure of the debt share selling is over we will continue a huge uptrend. If it's not, we will suffer a little longer. Either way, when the debt shares are finally all sold off (maybe already). We will trade freely, unburdened. Like we did today (not always green tho).
Don't be too discouraged if there is more dumping tomorrow. If there is any it has to be all but gone. I don't believe there will be.
All side liners are dying to jump back in. When they commit we fly. When Ed drops more news and Apps we skyrocket because the debt sell weight to push us down against the buying pressure will be gone.
The sky is clearing.
Good luck trying to short this now. Haha.
