who knows, those 1mln dollar 500kw ones will do islands say in ecuador...
If over the last 2-3 yrs these units have proven-out maybe they are ready to go-big.

So if the merger was closed on Friday after hours we have until Thursday before close to file the 8k..thanks for the info. Will be keepimg an eye out..GLTUA
We still d not know if the company will have a new name, but they will need to file an 8-K even if they use the same ticker symbol.

Upon completion of the reverse merger...
the name of the shell company is usually changed to the name of the private company. If the shell company has a trading symbol it is changed to reflect the name change. An information statement, called an 8-K, must be filed within 4 days of the closing. The 8-K describes the newly combined company, stock issued, information of new officers and directors, a full description of the business, and financial statements audited to US GAAP standards. The 8-K must disclose the same type of information that it would be required to provide in registering a class of securities under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. (See Sec Final Rule 33-8587, pdf file)
Aren't we all "assuming something" We are playing penny stocks. I know the risk of the assumptions is lowered by extensive DD but in the end it's all an assumptions.

Why does it matter if it's pink or sec current? I've made almost $50k profit holding this bird since August 7th. What are you skeptical about?

provide timely notice to FINRA of certain corporate actions, including dividends, stock splits, reverse splits, name changes, mergers.Where does it say they need to have a PR to the public in 3 days.
