So Yoda... With this form 10/S1 am I to assume that it could be well
into next year till uplisting if the sec requires that they do infact make RFMK
file this form to proceed?? The pr said they are hoping to shave months off
the uplisting process by elimating the 10/S1. And has the sec ever allowed a company to by pass
this? Im not up on all this paper work stuff. Please explain to those not in the know
