"California remains the largest state-MJ market in the U.S. at $980 million, even without the approval of recreational adult usage in the state. California has a larger market share than the recreationally approved states, including Colorado and Washington combined. If recreational use is adopted, which we believe to be likely in 2017, the total California market is projected to increase dramatically and represent an even more dominant share of the national market." -CANMD
