Now, here's a little story that illustrates what I think about the future of FITX, penny stock or not...
In 1874 a bank, Wilber National Bank, was started by an entrepreneur in in the upstate New York town of Oneonta. The bank eventually grew to have 27 branches in local towns and cities. Quite successful for the Wilber family. I used to live in Oneonta, so I got to know the history.
There was another small company that started there in the 1800’s. It also became quite successful. But way back then, Wilber bank used to give shares of Wilber Bank stock to their favorite clients. They gave out shares of the "other" company to their second favorite clients. (This is a story I heard from people who worked in that bank, both tellers and VP’s, etc., and from locals who knew the history of the town.)
Over time, the little company that was the “second favorite” became quite successful. It eventually moved from Oneonta to the Binghamton, New York area.
Anyway, here’s what Wikipedia says about the start of the other little company. (I know Wikipedia is not considered to be an accurate source of information, but on many things, like this, they more or less have the story.) Here’s what they said about the other “little company” in Oneonta:
“There are several historic buildings that were originally homes of prominent people. The Fairchild Mansion was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and was formerly the home of George Winthrop Fairchild, one of the original partners with Thomas Watson. Fairchild and Watson were the founders of what eventually became IBM.”
Yes, that other little company became IBM. When I lived in Oneonta every once in a while one of the older residents (usually women, who tend to outlive men), used to pass away, and it would turn out they had estates of $30 to $100 million dollars or more. Way back when, they had acquired some shares in that little company that became IBM.
The point of this story is that you can never doubt that a small company can reach success beyond anyone’s wildest dreams. Do you believe in FITX?
GLTA you diehard FITX fans. May we all be blessed with just a little bit of that type of success.
