The identity of that engineering company may be discovered simply by internet research. Due diligence of the engineering company leads me to the conclusion a very profitable mutually beneficial relationship will result for both companies. I anticipate an equity participation in PTOI is in place for the national engineering company and it will be very lucrative for them and for PTOI. I expect a joint announcement of the relationship will be forthcoming; after labor day seems reasonable.
