PM inquiry reply for board benefit (lengthy. to cover a couple of questions and topics)

some say, "emotions have no place in investing". those with powder rejoice

if a buyer bought and held $.10-$.175 shares they may experience frustrations with ntek trading $.06

i've witnessed folks feeling so helpless they believe the best they can do is vent their aggression at a company. often taking the form of "shaming". which tends to result in discouraging any new interest. btw, the technique of "bashing" has been used for centuries. often against competitors to falsely lure others away from their products to ones own

time proven. successful. with stocks it tends to support a lowered pps. which may not be great for those already down in the case of ntek. and may beg the question - why continue to do it if your stock is already red? and you really hope for it to go green and benefit? emotions. skew rationality

what to do?

guess it depends upon your interest and position

me? i am still adding. i always keep powder on hand. an investment rule. treat cash as a separate investment that i hold to advantage value opportunities with solid risk vs reward ratio as i c developing with ntek

so the buyer who bought $.10-$.175 shares and venting frustrations may provide others increasingly improved investment opportunities? the price goes lower. a lower price makes the upside further away. to a point, it also improves the risk/reward scenario. a buyer can be reassured that the stock has already traded much higher. is far more likely to see green and insulation against downside risk

which can make it harder for those underwater to break into green. harder to see the likelihood of profits from their underwater positions. increasing the frustration

vicious cycle. humans being primal. often repeat their same poorly thought constructs. like bad habits, any experienced investor has seen this pattern

the cycle that typically results in a lowered price. for a value business whose prospects are steadily improving. like some may see in ntek (better now than it was when the pps was at $0.10 to $0.175), it does 4 great things for newer investors

1 provides a better entry
2 ensures upside gains
3 reinforces a bottom
4 reduced downside risk (and capital erosion)

new and/or typical investors have it backwards -
the typical investor hasn't learned to invest when uncomfortable. when the greatest gains are likely. most buy when the enthusiasm is highest. sell when morale is the lowest (including their own). track ntek. or hundreds of other stocks just using that info alone. backtest. where, historically, was it most advantageous to be buying? and selling? check sentiment. message boards allow for such an experiment

according to chart readings. from now until mid-sept (into october at the latest) we'll c solid value-prices. most who've held long may likely "be forced" off positions. i will be accumulating during this period and enjoying those shares as i have the 3's and 4's i bought off the long-term bottom bounce we discussed recently

so some say, "emotions have no place in investing". i say they do, and will continue, as long as humans are investing. b/z while some are busy feeling them and acting accordingly, others are wisely busy reading them - and profiting

enjoy. happy investing to all. hope everyone had a great weekend
